For this three month contract, I collaborated with Retail Street Advisors (RSA) to create a series of branded social media graphics designed to establish their expertise in retail real estate, mixed-use development, and market trends. As a freelance project, this work showcased my ability to adapt marketing strategies across industries while maintaining a polished, professional aesthetic.
A Visual Approach to Industry Trends
Each graphic was thoughtfully designed to complement RSA’s branding while delivering digestible, high-impact insights. Topics included:
- Retail Building Blocks® – A structured framework RSA uses to guide retail strategies, broken into three key phases: Discover, Plan, and Deliver.
- Mixed-Use Development Insights – Sharing market research-backed statistics on the future of retail spaces and consumer preferences for integrated live-work environments.
- Retail Evolution Trends – Highlighting key drivers shaping the industry, such as mixed-use developments, consumer-driven experiences, and e-commerce integration.
Blending Strategy & Design for Maximum Engagement
The project required a balance between engaging visuals and informative content, ensuring RSA’s audience could quickly grasp industry trends while reinforcing the firm’s authority in commercial real estate. Using clean typography, strategic color contrast, and compelling statistics, the designs were tailored for LinkedIn and other professional platforms, where RSA’s target audience of investors, developers, and industry leaders could easily engage with the content.
